We have the latest chemical conversion coating technologies and coating equipment. By using (chrome-free) chemical conversion coating agent, which has less environmental load, 2,000 hours is achieved in a salt spray test (SST).

As for coating equipment, high-quality coating (2C2B/3C2B) according to the Japan's automobile standards and thorough quality management is achieved. Coating of the parts that require high corrosion resistance is enabled while securing quality in the appearance.
